Farm #1: 80 +/- acres located ½ mile south of Fairmont & ¼ mile east (Fox Dr.). According to the Garfield County F.S.A. there are 58.6 acres of cropland with a full wheat base and a 33 bushel per acre yield. The balance of the land is in good grass pasture, a pond and scattered timber providing good grazing and shelter for livestock. The balance of the land is in good grass pasture, creek/streams, scattered trees & 2 ponds. Principle soil types of the cultivated land are Kirkland-Renfrow complex, Class III & Masham Clay, Class VI. Be sure to take a look!
