Woods Co., OK, containing 160 +/- acres,  including home and buildings described above is located 5 miles N of Waynoka on HW 14.  The farm consists of improved burmuda, native, Old World & Plains bluestem grasses all excellent for grazing. Plum thickets and grasses are excellent coverage for quail, deer, and turkey. The farm has a 6 wire perimeter fence & cross fences. Soil types are  Burford silt loam, Devol fine sandy loam, Milan loam, & Waynoka fine sandy loam.  According to Woods Co. FSA, there are approx 104.2 acres of cropland presently established to grass. 2008 taxes were 514.18.
