This good 160 +/- acres is located 6 mi W. of Pond Creek (2 mi w. from the JCT of US 81 & US 64, OR 8 mi E. of Nash) then 1/2 mi south. This land appears to have 115 acres of cropland. According to the FSA, it is in an FSA unit which includes the NW/4 of 11-25-7 and has a total of 269.1 acres cropland with a 239.2 acre wheat base and 37 bushels per acre yield. The unit also has a 12.8 acre grain sorghum base with a 38 bushel yield and an 8.1 acre Barley base with a 42 bushel yield. Principle soil types of the cropland are Pond Creek silt loams, Class I & II; and Grant and Kingfisher loams, Class II. The balance of the land is in native grass pasture.
