Why should I sell my property at auction?

Auctions create excitement and action, leading to optimal prices for your property in the shortest amount of time- an atmosphere that cannot be replicated anywhere else!

How soon can we have the auction?

From the day of our initial meeting, we can generally hold your auction within 30-45 days, expediting the process and closing/settlement.

Is it better if I try to sell my property first, then use the auction method?

We strongly discourage marketing your property prior to auction. Doing so will “label” the property with a price and will often cause a loss of interest in potential buyers. When marketing your property at auction, a confidential, acceptable price will be established by you and Wiggins Auctioneers, LLC, maximizing your profit potential without limitations.
